Amethyst; the peaceful birthstone of February.
This is the lighter variation of the amethyst color. A very calm and soothing lavender color that pairs beautifully with silver and blush pearls.

While all was not consciously selected with the intent of a winter scape, many elements of this necklace play into this gentle winter theme.
The setting for the stone resembles delicate snowflakes.
The necklace almost present the illusion of a floating pendant from the dainty silver chain.
The pendant gracefully falls 29" to the diaphragm from the extra long chain.
All the properties of a serene snowfall in dead of winter.
